At Red Ship Seafood Malaysia, we are committed to providing high-quality frozen seafood and food products. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we kindly ask customers to read our Returns & Exchanges Policy before placing an order.

Returns

For food safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for products that have been delivered successfully.

Returns will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product arrived damaged during delivery.
  • The product is defective upon arrival.
  • Your order is incomplete or missing items.

Exchanges

If your order meets any of the conditions above, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Please provide:

  • Your Order Number.
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • A brief description of the issue.

After verification, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include:

  • Replacement of the affected item.
  • Store credit.
  • Refund (where applicable).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Frozen seafood products.
  • Frozen food products.
  • Items that have been opened or partially consumed.
  • Products that were not stored according to the recommended storage conditions.
  • Products damaged due to customer handling after delivery.

Delivery Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you notice any damage, missing items, or incorrect products, contact us within 24 hours so we can assist you promptly.
